Cilantro Pesto
I love love love pesto. And spicy food but that’s nothing new. So when I came across a recipe for cilantro pesto, I knew I had to try it.
You’ll need:
Cilantro
Basil
Garlic
(all chopped)
Olive oil
Kosher salt
Parmesan
Your favorite noodle, I had macaroni so macaroni it was!
In a food processor combine cilantro, basil, salt, garlic and olive oil.
Add grated Parmesan and begin to blend.
Add more olive oil as needed to continue blending.

[…] This is my yummy Cilantro Pesto . […]
So I’ve heard that miso paste can be a great supplement to pesto if you want to make it a little less calorically dense.
There’s a purely oil-free recipe here but I think I’m going to try half and half. Love pesto! The more of it I can put on stuff, the better!
